Writer/Creator: Bill Perry

Picture
I wasn't suppose to be born. My mother and father Mr. and Mrs. Percy and Irene Perry had to made a decision not to abort me. My mom's life was at risk and she had to gamble her own life to save mine; you see I had to be born; I had to deliver this movie. My mom gambled and thank GOD I'm still here. My childhood was great, I grew up in the south in a small town named Spring Hope in North Carolina. The environment there was like "The Little House on the Prairie", "Happy Days" and "Cheers" (where everybody knew my name) all rolled up in one. During my teen years I moved to New York in a place called Fort Apache the Bronx. There I began my Private Investigation education just being on the streets. My neighborhood was ruled by the Savage Skulls Gang; I eventually became friends with them and they became my guardian angels. The mean streets of New York by way of Fort Apache the south Bronx, 125th Street in Harlem and The Marcy Projects in Brooklyn became my school ground; the streets educated me.

I soon started skip tracing for Citibank where I handled all kinds of banking cases. I then got involved in with the kidnapping case involving the Flower Children and a case that made the New York News bulletin as a professional hit which kept me in hiding in plain sight for several months. Everything happens for a reason and all of these situations led me to Vinny Parco a Private Investigator most commonly known for his show on Court TV. There I got a college education in the Private Investigation industry; working at Viacom a short time and even working  undercover Private Investigation at Central Park and for events like "Save the Rainforest" on MTV. I later moved to South Florida with my wife and opened my own Private Investigation Agency and began working on cases that ranged from Cheating Spouses to hired Hit Men, Murder, Missing Persons, Veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Human Trafficking. My life prepared me for this movie but GOD gave me this movie. This story took 2 years plus to write and it seemed to only come to me in church. Looking back on now it really came together like a jigsaw puzzle.

We are real Private Investigators, this is real life and sometimes the dangers involved outweigh the case.

Co-Creator: Dorla Perry

Picture
Dorla's early years took place in the worry free country side of Belize where she dreamed about coming to America, and she did just that; as soon as she was able she boarded a flight bound for America, her first stop was the Bronx, New York. It was there that she learned to survive. The streets of New York was much different than her peaceful upbringing in Belize she had to become a survivor. It was in Fort Apache the Bronx where she met Bill Perry who worked as a Skip Tracer at the time.
While still learning the New York streets she had many different jobs and one memorable job was in real estate in one of  New York's most dangerous neighborhood as a property manager. The danger that she faced on a daily basis helps her to this day to face the daily challenges of Private Investigation. She works on some P.I cases but her main function is as a Prison Minister. There she sees the hell that women incarcerated have seen trying to get out to see heaven. In her words: "Our movie will open your eyes and give you ears to hear THE WORD".

Licensed Private Investigator: Wayne Weatherford

Picture
Wayne Weatherford is a licensed Private Investigator with Bill Perry Private Eyes. He is introduced in the movie as a Private Investigator and will be featured in the up-coming spin-off series “The Blind P.I.” as Lefty the Drive Guy.

Born in Mississippi, I had a normal childhood with my 3 brothers. I graduated high school and started working in construction. At age 19 I lost my right arm in a construction accident. The next several years were very difficult. I was a very unhappy young man to put it lightly. My mother recognized it and knew I needed a change in my life. She made arrangements for me to move to Florida with my aunt and uncle. My uncle being a minister really helped me to understand why things happen as they do in our lives.

I went to work in the security field and managed a privately owned alarm monitoring station on and off for the next 18 years. I also worked during this time as a Independent Contractor delivering magazines for 11 years. I found myself working night and day and just getting by with no opportunity for further advancement so I resigned and decided to go back to school. Also, I raised my niece and nephew who were 5 and 6 when I adopted them and they really brought a lot of joy to my life.

I attended Everest University and received my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice while doing my internship with Bill Perry Private Eyes. During my 2 ½ years with Mr. Perry  I would periodically  here of the movie and how it was given to him during church or being woken up during the night. He was so passionate about it when he spoke of it, I began to see his vision.
